Welcome Call

Free – 15 Minutes

Every new member is welcomed with a short 15-minute Teams call, led by an occupational therapist, during the first few minutes of their first group session. This gentle introduction helps ease first-day nerves, check tech, and ensures your child feels seen and supported before diving into the fun.

Additional Support

  • Onboarding Session

    $75 – 30 Minutes

    Need a little more time before your child joins their group? This 1:1 session is perfect for reviewing tech, exploring Club spaces, and easing into the Mud Club vibe. We'll help your child feel confident and ready to get started.

  • Setup Support Session

    $150 – 60 Minutes

    Starting fresh with Minecraft or VR? Got a new headset or device to figure out? This extended session helps build comfort and customize setup with an OT by your side—so your child feels confident and ready to explore.

  • Support Session

    $75 – 30 Minutes

    Need a quick check-in or skill boost? This private OT session offers a space to build confidence, review strategies, or prep for group success. Great for fine-tuning tech or practicing Minecraft or VR games.

  • Support Session

    $150 - 60 Minutes

    Targeted 1:1 OT support to match your child’s goals. We’ll focus on skills like group readiness, emotional regulation, or in-game strategy—helping your child feel capable, connected, and confident.

  • Status and Strategy Update

    $75 – 30 Minutes

    A dedicated time for caregivers to connect with the OT and review progress. We’ll adjust goals, share insights, and offer next-step strategies—with the option to build an at-home XP plan to support continued growth.

  • Equipment Letters

    $75

    For families enrolled in or joining Mud Club, we offer personalized Letters of Recommendation (LORs) or Justifications for Equipment (JFEs) to support funding for headsets, devices, or game access.
