GETTING STARTED Our Member’s First Session
Every new member starts with a 55-minute onboarding session during their regular weekly time slot.
Our team introduces routines and expectations, helps with setup, and makes sure your child feels comfortable joining in.
During onboarding, we may help with:
Installing or connecting Minecraft or VR
Checking audio, controls, and device setup
Practising basic navigation and commands
Learning how to ask for help
Mud Club routines and expectations
Good to know!
Please have a parent or caregiver nearby in case help is needed with downloads, logins, or settings.
Your child will usually join their group the following week.
If setup isn't finished, you can book a Tech Support Session before then.

Status and Strategy Update
25 Minutes

Connect with an OT to review progress and what’s working. We’ll adjust goals, share insights, and offer next-step strategies, with the option to create an at-home XP plan for continued growth.
Equipment Letters
$75
For families enrolled in or joining Mud Club, we offer personalized Letters of Recommendation (LORs) or Justifications for Equipment (JFEs) to support funding for headsets, devices, or game access.
Tech Support Session
55 Minutes
$150
Easy 1:1 tech support to help your child get set up and ready to play. We’ll troubleshoot issues, optimize settings, and make sure everything runs smoothly so your child can join sessions confidently.
1:1 Support Add-On
Weekly Sessions
$200/month
Add individual support to your child’s weekly group sessions. In 55-minute sessions, a dedicated OTA works alongside the group OTA, supporting participation, emotional regulation, in-game planning, confidence, and peer connection.
