Onboarding
Your child’s first session includes an onboarding orientation during their regular session time. This helps ensure they are comfortable with the technology and ready to participate in their group.
30-Minute Welcome Orientation
This option is for members who already have their technology ready (for example, Minecraft installed and working on their device, or VR fully set up). After the orientation, your child will join their group for the remainder of the session.
55-Minute Tech Support Orientation (Default)
Most new members begin with a full 55-minute orientation focused on technology setup. During this session, our team can help with:
Installing or connecting Minecraft or VR
Checking audio and controls
Ensuring your child can access sessions comfortably
When this option is used, the orientation typically takes the full session, and your child will join their group the following week.
The onboarding session is included in your regular weekly membership fee. If the setup is not completed during this time, you can book an additional Tech Support Session.

Tech Support Session

Easy 1:1 tech support to help your child get set up and ready to play. We’ll troubleshoot issues, optimize settings, and make sure everything runs smoothly so your child can join sessions confidently.

$75 – 25 Minutes
Targeted 1:1 support in a shorter format. In this focused session, we’ll work on skills like group readiness, emotional regulation, or in-game strategy—helping your child build confidence, connection, and momentum.

Status and Strategy Update
$75 – 25 Minutes
Connect with an OT to review progress and what’s working. We’ll adjust goals, share insights, and offer next-step strategies, with the option to create an at-home XP plan for continued growth.

Equipment Letters
$75
For families enrolled in or joining Mud Club, we offer personalized Letters of Recommendation (LORs) or Justifications for Equipment (JFEs) to support funding for headsets, devices, or game access.
